Gefion Group divests attractive rental property at Frederikssundsvej 100, 2400 Copenhagen NV

Gefion Group has sold the modern rental property at Frederikssundsvej 100 in Copenhagen to the fund SFM Bolig+ II. The property, consisting of 73 newly built studio apartments, was developed to meet the growing demand for compact and functional housing in the capital.
"We are proud to have developed a property that offers modern and attractive homes for the city's residents. The sale to SFM Bolig+ II is a natural extension of our strategy to create valuable properties that positively contribute to the housing market," says Thomas Færch, CEO of Gefion Group.
The property has been designed with a focus on quality and functionality, primarily targeting students, young professionals, and singles. Its attractive location provides easy access to public transportation, shopping facilities, and green areas.
SF Management has assisted SFM Bolig+ II in acquiring the property and will also serve as the asset manager for the fund.
"We are pleased with the acquisition of Frederikssundsvej 100, which perfectly aligns with the fund’s investment strategy focused on attractive residential investments in Denmark’s growth cities. This is an exciting investment case in the micro-apartment segment with great potential, which we look forward to developing further. We are excited to manage the property and offer high-quality rental homes in a district undergoing rapid development. We would like to thank Savills and Gefion Group for a smooth transaction and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future," says Jeppe P. Lassen, Partner and CIO at SF Management.
The transaction marks yet another successful deal for Gefion Group and highlights the company's role as a leading property developer in the Copenhagen market.
The deal was facilitated by Bo Stevnss from Savills Denmark on behalf of Gefion Group.
