Gefion Group is developing 46 senior-friendly residences in Hornbæk - local plan approved

"We at Gefion Group are incredibly pleased that the local plan for Hornebyvej in Hornbæk was approved by the Helsingør City Council on December 18, 2023. This means that we can now fully embark on our project to develop and construct 46 senior-friendly residences along with a communal house.
