Gefion Group purchases Hillerød Post Office

We are incredibly pleased to have purchased Hillerød Post Office, which we believe has enormous potential. Our ambition is high, and we look forward to transforming and developing the existing building into approximately 300 micro apartments, with a focus on sustainability and community. We expect the local plan to be prepared and approved during 2025, allowing us to move new residents into the beautiful building in 2027.

The property is a historic building, one of the first things you see when arriving in Hillerød by S-train. We are therefore confident that it will be a benefit to everyone in Hillerød to see the building brought back to life and its windows lit once again.
