Kanalgaden 3 in the magazine BETON
We have once again completed a conversion property, this time transforming an office property in Albertslund into attractive rental apartments with rooftop terraces, an orangery, and guest accommodations. There is tremendous potential in renovation rather than demolition. We would like to thank the magazine BETON for the excellent coverage of our project at Kanalgaden 3, where our Technical Director, Martin Schjørring, talks about the transformation. We are incredibly proud of the result, and we can add that our CO2 footprint for this project is 8.57 kg CO2-eq/sqm/year.
