Local plan for Fjordbyen in Holbæk initiated

Gefion Group has taken a step closer to realizing the ambitious urban development project for a completely new and green district by Holbæk Fjord. A unanimous economic committee in Holbæk municipality has decided to initiate the local planning process and the first stage of the residential area in Holbæk West. The overall local plan encompasses the development of approximately 300,000 square meters of housing and a wide range of other urban functions such as schools, institutions, a train station, and grocery stores. Gefion Group's share of Fjordbyen is expected to cover approximately 250,000 square meters of construction. Gefion Group is very excited to continue the development of the new attractive district.
