Fjordbyen

Description

Close to Holbæk Fjord, we are developing a brand new urban area called "Fællesskabets Fjordby" (The Community's Fjord City). Fjord City is located in a picturesque area, close to everything in Holbæk. It consists of seven smaller neighborhoods, such as Søbyen (Lake City), Havebyen (Garden City), and Frugtbyen (Fruit City). Each neighborhood has its own distinct theme that characterizes its identity. The central gathering point for the area will be Bytorvet (Town Square), which is centrally located within the new development. Here, the community can come together and thrive across the different neighborhoods.
