Description

Gefion Group is developing senior-friendly residences on a sloping plot in Hvalsø. In the development of the community, we have placed a strong emphasis on "community for all". This creates a great environment for two to three co-housing communities, each consisting of approximately 25-30 residences, with a communal house and green spaces. The vision for the development is to create a modern village that fits in scale and atmosphere with the surrounding area and takes advantage of the recreational qualities found on-site.
