Kanalgaden

Description

Kanalgaden is Gefion Group's first construction of a senior co-housing community. We call it "dream homes for adults" because the property is developed and designed for seniors who wish to live in a senior co-housing community. In collaboration with an anthropologist, we have carefully considered the residences and the shared indoor and outdoor facilities. During the development phase, we have drawn on experiences from other co-housing communities in Denmark, making Kanalgaden the latest in senior housing.
