Steen Hvidt is a lawyer with extensive business experience from both Denmark and abroad. In recent years, Steen Hvidt has primarily focused on board work in a wide range of small and medium-sized companies.

Per Mikael has over 30 years of experience in the media industry. He has held management positions at Politiken and Jyllands-Posten, served as CEO of TV2 Danmark, and worked as the CEO of Metro International. Today, he provides executive advisory services to boards, executives, and business owners.

Thomas is the CEO of Gefion Group and has overall responsibility for the company's operations. Thomas has a background as a partner in a law firm and has worked with all aspects of real estate project development, corporate management, and liquidity management.

Henrik is the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) responsible for identifying and acquiring new development projects and project properties. With his extensive experience in the real estate industry, Henrik plays a key role in sourcing and procuring assets for Gefion Group's portfolio. His expertise in strategic purchasing and negotiation helps ensure successful acquisitions and value creation for the company.

Carsten Lygum is the COO of Gefion Group and is responsible for the company's staff. In addition, Carsten is in charge of the practical implementation of the company's real estate projects from procurement to delivery. 

Carsten holds a degree in Urban and Building Engineering and has a background as an officer in the military. He has been involved in residential and commercial development projects, including those for Carlsberg Byen, MT Højgaard, and Sjælsø Gruppen.

Martin is the Technical Director at Gefion Group and is responsible for the daily management of Gefion Group's construction department. Martin has a strong background in the construction and real estate industry, where he has successfully completed renovation and new construction projects of varying complexity for many years. Martin most recently held a position as Section Manager at NCC.

Bjørn is the Development Director at Gefion Group and is responsible for parts of the staff. Bjørn works with all aspects of project development, from acquisition to the handover of the completed project. Bjørn has an educational background from CBS and a professional background in the retail industry, including roles at Salling Group and Lidl Denmark.

Jeppe is Project Development Manager at Gefion Group, where he focuses on value creation through the development of municipal and local plans as part of his work across all aspects of project development. As Head of Power, Jeppe is also responsible for Gefion Group's energy project business area, with a particular emphasis on the development of BESS facilities. Jeppe has an educational background in urban planning from the University of Copenhagen and a professional background in municipalities, DSB Properties, and his own consulting firm.

Anders is a Project Developer at Gefion Group, responsible for managing all tasks from project initiation to the delivery of turnkey projects. Anders holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from CBS. During his time at Gefion Group, Anders has been involved in both renovation projects and new construction.

Søren is a project developer at Gefion Group, working across all phases of project development to ensure an efficient and cohesive process. He holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Cand.merc.fir) from CBS and has a professional background as a trained carpenter. Søren has work experience from Colliers and the construction industry, where he has been involved in various aspects of both renovation projects and new construction.

Natasha is the Head of Letting at Gefion Group and is responsible for coordinating the rental and sale of properties in Gefion Group's development projects. Natasha has extensive experience in the real estate brokerage and development industry. She has worked for over 13 years at Sjælsø Management.

Hans is the Head of Finance in Gefion Group and responsible for the company´s finance function including budgeting, accounting and finance on both group and project level. Hans holds a Master´s degree in Finance and Accounting from CBS.

Gökhan is a Project Manager responsible for managing various construction projects. He is trained as a carpenter and has further education in project management. Gökhan has extensive experience in the construction industry, specializing in renovation and new construction projects. Prior to joining Gefion Group, Gökhan worked as a Project Manager at Bonava, overseeing the construction of both townhouses and apartments.

Nikolaj is a Project Manager at Gefion Group, responsible for the management of various construction projects. With his educational background as a civil engineer and solid experience in the construction industry, Nikolaj brings valuable expertise to his role. He has successfully completed construction projects for reputable companies such as MT Højgaard and BAM, both domestically and internationally. Nikolaj has worked on infrastructure and construction projects in countries such as Zambia, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland for approximately 10 years.

Heidi is permanently attached to Gefion's legal department as a senior consultant. Heidi has extensive experience in the real estate industry and has previously worked as a lawyer at Accura, Bruun & Hjejle, and most recently as the chief legal officer at NREP.

Kristoffer is an in-house attorney at Gefion Group, handling the legal aspects of property development. Kristoffer is seconded from Husen Advokater, where he has worked for over 5 years on various aspects of real estate, including transactions, disputes, litigation, and contract drafting.

Christina is a Legal Secretary at Gefion Group, providing valuable assistance to the company's internal lawyers in various legal and administrative tasks related to Gefion Group's real estate projects. She has several years of experience as a legal secretary, including working in the real estate department at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab and Haldor Topsøe.

Helle is an Accountant at Gefion Group, where she assists with accounting tasks in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting. Helle has 40 years of experience in accounting. She has worked for both Danish and international companies and has been employed in the real estate and construction industry for several years.

Sarah is a financial analyst at Gefion Group and is engaged in financiel tasks in the project development team. Sarah is studying HA Almen at CBS.

Selma is employed as a junior assistant at Gefion Group and is responsible for handling administrative tasks as well as participating in the daily operations of the office. Selma has experience in the service and hospitality industry.
