On Esthersvej in Hellerup, within walking distance of Hellerup Station and Strandvejen, Gefion Group has developed a project consisting of five climate-friendly townhouses with floor areas ranging from 117 to 125 m².

The three-level houses each have a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each house has its own front and back gardens and access to shared green spaces.

The project was completed in June 2014.

Together with a private investor, Gefion Group established 

18 modern and attractive freehold apartments as well as a freehold commercial unit in a former office building with a total floor area of approximately 2,000 m². The property was bought from the Confederation of Danish Industry and sold on to private buyers under pre-sale contracts.

All the apartments have private balconies and access to a shared rooftop terrace. The property is located in Nørre Voldgade in the centre of Copenhagen, within walking distance of the Market Halls and Nørreport Station.

The apartments were offered for sale in the summer of 2014, and the project was completed in March 2015.

Gefion Group has developed a centrally located property in the embassy district of Copenhagen. The property was previously used as a boarding house and its five floors with a total floor area of around 2,100 m² have been converted into 19 freehold apartments with balconies facing the street or the courtyard. In addition, there are three penthouse apartments with luxurious rooftop terraces that offer breathtaking views of the city.

The property is close to cafés and the Østerbrogade shopping street, the Lakes and Østerport Station.

The entire project was sold to a private investor in 2014.

Together with a private investor, Gefion Group has refurbished a unique office building build in 1794 and centrally located close to Kongens Nytorv, Strøget and Nyhavn.

The original property had a total floor area of approximately 4,500 m², to which an additional 1,000 m² was added. The completed project comprises 50 newly refurbished or newly developed freehold units.

The entire project was sold to a private investor in 2015.

In 2015, Gefion Group bought the Rødovre Stationscenter building site subject to final approval of a local plan for the area that allows construction at the site. The local plan is now approved and allows construction of residential and commercial units with a total floor area of up to 37,500 m2.

The project is a buy-to-let scheme that is expected to be sold to one or more institutional investors, either in its entirety or as groups of units.

Gefion Group has entered into a partnership with Ejendoms-selskabet Norden concerning a property at Nuuks Plads. The plan is to build a mixed-use high-rise building with 21 floors on top of the future Nuuks Plads Metro Station in Nørrebro.
The property will have 8,000 m2 of residential space, 4,500 m2 of commercial space and an underground car park. In addition to the high-rise tower, the buildings of the former Danish National Archives Copenhagen are included in the project. These buildings are to be developed into an attractive business facility open to the public.

A local plan for the project has been drafted and is expected to be adopted in the first half of 2018. The new building complex will be a landmark with the other towers and high-rise buildings in the city. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2020.
