Rødovre Port

Description

In 2019, Gefion Group entered into a joint venture with Goldman Sachs to develop Rødovre Port, a brand new urban area located near Rødovre Station. The project was designed by Arkitema, drawing inspiration from the High Line in New York. It comprises 9 buildings, including 3 towers that create a gateway to a pedestrian street where the remaining 6 buildings, shops, and green courtyards are situated. Beneath the pedestrian street, there is an underground parking facility with space for 200 cars. Additionally, there are 700 on-ground bicycle parking spaces. When completed in mid-2023, around 1,000 new residents will inhabit the Rødovre Port area. Furthermore, Rødovre Port includes 4,000 square meters of retail and commercial spaces.
